In memory of Bradford James Higgins 1985-2014. Bradford received his undergraduate degree in Bible, and his graduate degree in counseling. Bradford was dedicated to the Lord and compassionate. He had a special talent for his work at the Youth Villages in Dyersburg, TN, dedicated to helping foster children who had been subjected to physical, mental, and emotional abuse. Bradford had a gift that enabled him to connect with them. In memory of Bradford, the family has established a fund to provide scholarships for graduate students seeking degrees in counseling at Freed-Hardeman University. To con
