David Cooperrider, Fairmount Minerals Professor of Social Entrepreneurship at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, is the co-creator and creative thought leader of Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a process for creating transformational change. David will share the transformative qualities of AI, how AI has impacted his life and work about where the conversation and work around AI is taking him, the impact it’s had on leaders and their organizations, and new ways it’s impacting the future.
