Pam and Adele will join me to discuss Healthy Nation, an organization dedicated to making essential nutrition the priority of our dietary guidance, policy and conversations about healthy eating. They hope to shift our dietary guidance from a focus on removing "bad" from the diet to a focus on including nourishing foods.

Adele Hite is a PhD student in communication, rhetoric, and digital media at North Carolina State University, as well as a registered dietitian. She has master’s degrees in English and public health nutrition and has pursued graduate studies in nutrition epidemiology. She is policy chair and co-founder of Healthy Nation Coalition.
