When you think of tech, programmers or Silicon Valley, your first image is probably a white or Asian guy. If so, you’re not alone. Even a Black woman in tech can be stuck with that association. Whitney O’Banner has a story that speaks to the problem and the solution. A Black woman techie, Whitney is supporting other women and minorities to stick with it and break through the silicon ceiling (a relative of the glass ceiling and, yes, Beth just made that up).
