If you’ve ever been abused, or experienced any kind of accident, trauma, betrayal or conflict, you take on the “heaviness” and the “wrongness” of the perpetrator or situation. You buy into a lie that because you experienced this there must be something wrong with YOU. That lie is like a seed that plants itself in your body and attracts more of that kind of thing to itself.
Over time, your body becomes filled with these weeds that AREN’T EVEN REALLY YOU! And they’re much heavier than weeds. They’re the density of tiredness, sickness, dis-ease.
