Diversity has to be more than a moral business imperative, but a catalyst to achieving business objectives. If we can think beyond ethnicity, gender, and differences in the simplest form we can consider the richness that lies within each individuals life experiences to leverage them in helping us to think differently; to aid in innovation;and to connect with new customers.
