She has over 15 years’ experience as sports administrator nationally and globally. Tiffany oversaw three Deaflympics and many World Championships during her tenure as CEO of the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD), the highest governing body of deaf sports. Dr. Andrea Woodson-Smith

Woodson-Smith is a former Division I basketball player of James Madison University from 1990-1994, currently playing wheelchair basketball with the Dallas Lady Mavericks in the Women’s Division and the Charlottesville, (Virginia) Cardinals in the men’s Championship Division.
