Scilla Elworthy is a three time Nobel Peace Prize nominee and the founder of the Oxford Research Group and Peace Direct. Dr. Armgard von Reden is a strategy consultant based in Berlin. She has worked at IBM, held the position of Director of Government Programs for Germany, Russia and the CIS countries.
