We already know that creating an excellent team requires dedication, training, commitment and a shared vision. We also need to engage our team members and align them with what we, as managers or business owners, want to achieve in our companies.
We need to learn how to engage our employees so they become team members; how we change their mindset so they work on improving on a continuous basis and how to include a new level of thinking and creativity into what they do. At the end, we have an engaged team that delivers better products and services. This is what we all need to achieve.
