Many of us are not aware of our daily thoughts. We live out our lives on a daily basis, doing many of the same things within a set pattern of thoughts and activities.
Life is made up of many experiences, some good, some challenging. What happens is that we store those—especially the negative ones—that we then put our identity in. This becomes our life “story,” which we carry around like a cognitive suitcase.
