How can you now heal from your abuse as a child?
Could your adversities of anxiety, depression, PTSD, conflicts within your relationships, or overall well-being be linked from your childhood trauma?
If you're a parent with kids now, ask yourself how would your kids answer this question when they become adults, 'how was your childhood'?
Maybe you have an adversity that you can't relate to such extreme but you could use the same healing methods and principles in your own life. If they worked for Survivors with extreme situations, why not you?
