Tick Segerblom

Senator Tick Segerblom is the father of Nevada's Medical Marijuana law, SB 374, which was adopted by the 2013 legislature. He currently is Co-Chair of the campaign to pass Nevada's recreational marijuana initiative, Treat Marijuana Like Alcohol, which Nevadan voters passed 54% to 46%. Segerblom, a fourth generation Nevada legislator, has served in the State Senate since 2012 and previously served in the State Assembly from 2006 to 2012.
