City Impact’s non-tax supported vision is to see urban youth, families, and neighborhoods transformed from the inside out. In 2007 City Impact received a $1.7 Million grant to develop Strengths Based Leadership for urban youth in partnership with the Hope Center for Kids in Omaha, NE. Since then the organization has grown where City Impact has a full-time staff of 8, part-time staff of 20+, and an annual budget of $1.0 Million.
