Mr. Fee, Fire Fraud and Explosive Investigator for over 40 years, retired from the Pomona FD after 28 years. He worked in the arson/bomb unit for 25 years and was the supervisor for that unit for 15 years. As Chairman of the CA State Fire Training Advisory, he was instrumental in the development of the State Fire Training Curriculum for Fire and Arson Investigation Certification courses.
