Philip has an honors degree in Mineral Processing, consulting engineer primarily in the mining industry. He is well published in the area of Sustainability of Mining and has led a Sustainability practice at a major international Engineer firm between 2004-2011. Melissa Brice

Melissa Brice is a scientist with a Bachelor's in Chemistry and a Masters in Environmental Science from U of IL - Urbana-Champaign. She is the founder of the local Chicago chapter of 350.org. In August of 2013, Melissa completed Al Gore's Climate Reality Leader training and has presented the science behind climate and solutions to students and citizens throughout the Chicagoland area. She is a Chicago area native currently living in Lincoln Park and working in Research and Development for PepsiCo.

Larry Coble

Larry is an active volunteer organizer with the local Chicago chapter of 350.org He organized tabling events for fossil fuel divestment at environmental and green functions. He also aided outreach to political leaders within City of Chicago to discuss divestment issue and climate change. He contributed content for presentation papers, website and a white paper discussing astro-turf opposition to divestment movement. Larry also serves as a brewer, lecturer and instructor for beginning brewers interested in learning the art and craft of Home Brewing. He has won many home brewing awards in various contests and recently launched the Private Events Project for Brew and Grow.
