Randy is a Senior Fire Investigator, Training Coordinator and Regional Manager of the Atlanta, Georgia, office of S-E-A, Ltd. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina. Randy has almost forty years experience in both public and private sector fire investigation.
