Tom Law penned a moving tribute to 2-time Eclipse Award winning Turf Writer Bill Mooney who passed away this week after a 2 year battle with cancer. Tom will reflect on his last visit with Mooney and as Bill would prefer - discuss the racing landscape. Bill's final words to the members of the NTWAB. "I want to say thank you from the deepest depths of my heart to everybody. But the late autumn of my years have passed and winter's knocking hard on the door. So, here goes.
