Join several leaders from the nonprofit human serving sector who will discuss their respective organizations transformation efforts. Through the transitioning of their operating model, they are making a transformational shift towards more home- and community-based models which are evidence-based. These organizations have transitioned from traditional residential care to a new model that emphasizes a child- and family-centered values approach.
Leaders will discuss and share how their transformational efforts have been trenched and rooted in evidence-based and/or evidence-informed services;
