The NTRA is a broad-based coalition of more than 100 horse racing interests and thousands of individual stakeholders consisting of horse players, racetrack operators, owners, breeders, trainers, and affiliated horse racing associations. The organization has 17 full-time employees based in Lexington, regional sales representatives spread strategically across the country, and a horse industry advocacy team based in Washington, D.C.
