Kyra Tyler has worked in a variety of roles in higher education. She began her career in admissions at Brandeis University, where she spearheaded the school’s student of color recruitment effort. She also chaired a committee dedicated to offering scholarships and performance opportunities to talented chamber musicians. Prior to joining College Coach, Kyra was awarded a Presidential Fellowship from Harvard University, where she worked in development at the Harvard College Fund. Lauren Randle

Before joining College Coach, Lauren Randle learned firsthand about the world of highly selective admissions as a former assistant director of admissions at Georgetown University. She left admissions to pursue a master of education degree at the University of Virginia to broaden her knowledge of student development theories and current trends in higher education. From there, she decided to work more directly with students and families at the high school level, leading her across the globe to the Canadian International School of Hong Kong and back to the US to work in guidance at Malvern Preparatory School outside of Philadelphia.
