Our organization helps consumers out of credit trouble. We bill ourselves as “consumer advocates” who are true “consumer friends” and give the consumer the benefit of the any doubt versus “the system.” As you know, it is no secret that there is a plethora of “credit trouble”!
FSCC (tm) is a United States Treasury approved Consumer Advocate Credit Counseling organization, that holds a 501(c)(3) certification, and our objective is to actually educate consumers on the “realities” of America’s credit system while restoring their credit scores by actually cleaning up their credit files. Our goal is to restore their good names, thus allowing them to fully reach their financial and personal life goals.

As a Consumer Advocate Credit Counselor, Mr. Danielson (nationally known as The Creditmaster(r)) has assisted thousands of clients with their credit matters. He has provided expert witness testimony and served as a professional consultant for litigation involving consumer credit matters including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices, ECOA, predatory lending, re-aging of debt, consumer reporting agencies, student loans, mortgages and more.
Mr. Danielson is the founder of The People’s Credit Bureau, a consumer credit protection organization operated by consumer advocates. As host and moderator of the long-running radio talk show, The “Consumer Fight Back” Report, Mr. Danielson has kept his listening audience educated and informed about up-to-date trends, issues plaguing consumers and changes in credit matters important to consumers. He is actively involved in reporting on and exposing various and ongoing credit industry abuses and regularly offers possible solutions available to consumers.
