Kwamie Lassiter is passionate in what he does making him a welcome addition to the broadcast field. He will explain the why, how, and "did you see that" plays of any football game. Kwamie Lassiter
Kwamie Lassiter has spent multiple years in the National Football League with the Arizona Cardinals, San Diego Chargers and the St. Louis Rams. In 1998 he led the NFL with 8 interceptions. In 2001, Kwamie tied for first in the NFL with 9 interceptions but led all safeties. In the same year he was designated as NFC Pro Bowl Alternate, NFC Defensive Player Of The Month, and was named multiple NFC Defensive Player Of The Weeks. Also in 2001, Kwamie set an NFL- Record tying four (4) interceptions in a single game, 2001 (vs. SD Chargers). He was named Walter Payton NFL Man Of The Year in 2002. Kwamie was a Pre-game, Half-time and Post-game Radio Analyst for the Arizona Cardinals in 2006 and 2007. He co-Hosted the Arizona Cardinals Big Red Rage Radio Show with Dave Pasche, on 1060 KDUS in Phoenix in 2002.He is the Founder of Lassiter TACKLE Foundation, Teaching All Children to Kickoff Leadership Through Education. He has studied Communications and Public Relations at The University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas. Kwamie says “sports radio, live radio. I know who's listening. My passion for it pushes me to continue to research on all sports so that I bring you facts while also adding my opinions and or just random comments. With that dedication to prepare I know my listeners and call ins are well versed and inquisitive to what's going on.
