Episode Description

Does your organization’s culture support for your vision, desired performance, and outcomes? Continuing our theme for the month of December on Does Culture Eat Strategy for Lunch? Leadership and Values, Dr. Sheryl Gee, Vice President of Training and Organization Development with the Neighborhood House Association in San Diego, CA; co-host John Jeanetta, Executive Director of Heartland Family Services in Omaha, NE; and Valerie Wright, President and CEO of Wright Ideas based in Palm Beach, FL will discuss strategies for successfully leading and sustaining culture change. The workplace culture touches and influences every person, service, and product delivered to, within, and from an organization. It is a force that when aligned with the organization’s desired vision can provide a remarkable winning edge in accomplishing goals and objectives. Likewise, when not aligned, employees can falter, the organization’s reputation/brand can be tarnished and efforts can be stalled or completely derailed. Join us for this conversation to share your tips, ask questions or listen to gain tips on assessing, overcoming resistance, and successfully leading, implementing and sustaining culture change.
