Award-winning actor Scott Turner Schofield (SKO-feeld) feels his purpose in life is to inspire Hollywood, your school, your job, and your family to embrace transgender people. He has been part of a groundbreaking storyline on CBS Daytime’s The Bold and the Beautiful, becoming the first openly transgender actor on daytime television. He’ll share that gift on this week’s Kroll Call as he discusses the so-called “Bathroom Bills” that require individuals to use the bathroom that corresponds to the gender listed on their birth certificate. He also says he “can’t wait to tell you why I think bathroom bills = best thing to happen to the #LGBTQ community yet.”
Then, changing topics ever so slightly, Robert Palmer Watkins, another of daytime’s promising newcomers, gives us a look into his world, a world that includes acting, singing, and a little danger in the form of rock climbing and surfing.
