Mari Zimmerman
Mari Zimmerman has worked in the area of spiritual direction for 16 years. She completed the graduate level Spiritual Guidance Program of the Shalem Institute in 1997. She is the author of the book Take and Make Holy: Honoring the Sacred in the Healing Journey of Abuse Survivors published by Liturgy Training Publications as well as journal articles, and has given numerous presentations and retreats for spiritual development. Mari has also presented retreats for abuse survivors and presentations for church groups and organizations working with abuse survivors focusing on the spiritual impact of abuse and recovery.
