Michelle Clarke
Michelle is a former Head of Leadership Development at Marks & Spencer, responsible for their move into Germany and developing the national leadership team for future expansion. She then built her own business, combining speaking, writing and performance consulting: using Wealth Dynamics to facilitate team and individual success for her clients. Michelle became head of an international social entrepreneurs network building global teams and developing leaders in 22 countries and 55 cities. She launched a global transition project transforming and launching XL Nation, the world’s leading network of its kind. She launched the charity, StepUP Foundation, into the UK to give local teenager’s access to inspiring speakers and mentors. She won XL Nation Directors’ choice for Leadership in 2010 and runner-up, out of 3,000 people, in the Global XL Extraordinary Lives Awards 09. Michelle has been nominated for the Inspiring Women Award and is the UK’s leading expert on Talent Dynamics Pathway.
