Dr. McGovern is an industrial and organizational psychologist who has spent her career as a leadership consultant and business developer across a wide range of industries and services. Previously, she was the practice leader for Right Management Consultants.
Joy is a sought after and frequent presenter on her work and has presented to the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial/ Organizational Psychologists, the New York Metropolitan Society for Applied Psychology (Metro) and other professional conferences.
She was the author of the Return on Investment Study of Executive Coaching that explored the impact of executive coaching on behavioral and organizational change and the organization’s bottom line. Joy has also been quoted extensively in a wide variety of media outlets.
