Kevin Wheeler
Kevin Wheeler is the founder and president of the Future of Talent Institute (FOTI). The FOTI researches how work and employment are changing to meet 21st century needs and what skills and abilities are being created to meet those needs. It provides a forum for talent leaders to share and learn from each other about emerging attitudes, beliefs and practices regarding work and how people are chosen and engaged in doing that work.
