Nate Suppaiah

Nate Suppaiah is the managing director of Alternative Latin Investor which is expanding to become Alternative Emerging Investor, www.aeinvestor.com. Since its launch in 2009, ALI’s become the top source for information on alternative investments in LatAm. He is also a partner in Capricorn Research Group (CapRG), focusing on consulting for strategic entry, fund establishment, capital introduction, PR & marketing. He began his career as a wilderness paramedic. He turned to economics after covering China's acceptance into the WTO for The Economist (Beijing). In 2004 he joined Oppenheimer’s Chicago office as an associate broker, then returned to China as a management consultant for a German firm specializing in strategic entry analysis & due diligence. In 2007 he moved to Buenos Aires, launching CapRG.
