Dr. Buttar is board certified in Preventive Medicine and Clinical Metal Toxicology, board eligible in Emergency Medicine, and has achieved fellowship status in three separate medical organizations. He practices in Charlotte, NC where he is the medical director of a clinic specializing in the treatment of cancer and other chronic conditions with an emphasis on the interrelationship between metal toxicity and insidious disease processes. Dr. Buttar has lectured worldwide at scientific congresses, medical conferences and professional symposiums. He has been featured in national and international media including newspapers, radio and TV. While in the military, he served with the 2nd Infantry Division, the 101st Air Assault Division and the 5th Special Forces Group. He has been awarded the Physicians’ Recognition Award 3 times by the AMA and has been ranked among the top 50 doctors in the United States by the world famous cardiologist, Dr. Stephen Sinatra.
