Craig Rich
Craig Rich is a Partner in the IBM Global Business Services SAP Practice and is the North American SAP Data and Analytics Leader for IBM. With over 16 years of experience implementing data and analytic solutions for large enterprises, Craig is a global subject matter expert in business analytics and optimization for the IBM SAP Practice, providing thought leadership and advisory support for large SAP Transformation Programs across IBM. He has a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex SAP performance management programs for numerous clients, including many Global 100 companies. Craig provides program management, quality assurance, and technical architectural reviews to help clients realize the benefits of the Globally Integrated Enterprise. Most recently, he led a multi-phased business information finance operating model transformation program for a large building materials discrete manufacturer.
