Sharon Davis

Sharon was the former Executive Director for the National Resource Center for Racial Healing. She has over 25 years experience in Information Technology. Her unique blend of “high tech/high touch” is a key to culture change. Today, in addition to business and executive coaching duties at SeDA Consulting, she hosts the syndicated radio show “A Safe Place to Talk about Race”. She was a Project Advisor –Diversity for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Saturn Titan Mission, co-facilitated Healing Racism and Tribalism in the US, South Africa, Botswana, and conflict resolution in China. She Chaired the International Institute and served the U.S Immigration Services as speaker and MC at Swearing-in Ceremonies for new citizens. Sharon earned a B.S. from Michigan State University in Math/Science, Sub-Saharan African Culture, Psychology, and Political Science. Honors include Houston (Texas) Peace Award for Inter-group Understanding, and in 2012 awarded Western Michigan University’s Excellence in Diversity.
