Hearth Moon Rising
Hearth Moon Rising has been teaching magic to women and men since 1988. Her teaching focuses on helping students integrate the principles of magic with experiences in the natural world. Hearth has presented workshops at spirituality conferences in California, New Mexico and Arizona. She has also been interviewed on public radio and was recently interviewed by herbalist Susun Weed for her web-based Wise Woman Radio program. Hearth has a master’s degree in Social Work and has worked the last ten years as a psychotherapist with adults and children. She is a practiced and skilled workshop presenter and group facilitator. Hearth lives in the Adirondack Mountains of northern New York, where she tends a vegetable garden and avidly pursues outdoor activities. Hearth is a licensed New York State Outdoor Guide.
