Dr. Kirk E. Harris
Dr. Kirk E. Harris, professor at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, served on Sen. Obama’s Metropolitan and Urban Policy Committee, served as national facilitator for National Fatherhood Leaders Group, testified before Congress, and co-leads Fathers, Families and Healthy Communities in Chicago. He earned a law degree at Thomas Jefferson Law School, a Ph.D. from Cornell University, and is a member of the Georgia, Washington, DC and US Supreme Court Bars.
