Miss Tennessee 2006 - Blaire Pancake attended Baylor High School and graduated with her MBA from the University of Tennessee. She worked as the Governor's Spokesperson for the Safe and Drug-Free Tennessee Program and now serves as a local Director for the Miss Texas Organization while working as a Sales Director with Mary Kay.
