Keith Gregory
Keith Gregory, partner at Snell & Wilmer in Los Angeles, CA, practices in the areas of general business matters, corporate, franchise and partnership disputes, intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has extensive background in intellectual property issues, licensing agreements, trade secret matters and Uniform Commercial Code issues, especially within the electronic components and semi-conductor industries. Keith has been lecturing on counterfeit mitigation at executive conferences and professional trade association meetings for the Society of Automotive Engineers and ERAI. Moreover, he is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Electronic Resellers Association International and he serves as outside lead counsel for ERAI and he serves on the SAE AS6081 G-19 Committee which has been responsible for establishing standards for how independent distributors can promote counterfeit parts mitigation.
