Arun Prasad
Arun Prasad is CEO of 1-Enterprise, a management consulting and business intelligence entity focused on the manufacturing vertical. With more than 23 years in management consulting and business intelligence activities, Arun has been involved in more than 250 management consulting assignments for implementing best practices and improving business performance. As Principal Consultant for UNIDO and FICCI, he focused on manufacturing including automobile, heavy machinery, energy generation and distribution, machine tools, mining and paper mills. He is the 2007 National Award winner from QCI, an Indian government agency, for implementing best management practices and impacting business results. Arun has been involved was auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and OHSAS Safety Management Systems. He has implemented Japanese Quality Management concepts as part of a UNIDO team and has been involved in more than 20 Black Belt projects.
