Steven Newton
Steven Newton is the Libertarian Party candidate for the Delaware House of Representatives, District 22. He is a Professor of History and Political Science at Delaware State University. Dr. Newton earned his Ph.D. from the College of William and Mary, specializing in military history. He has lived in Limestone Hills in Pike Creek since 1997. His wife Faith is also a DSU Professor.
