Matthew R. Shindell
Matthew R. Shindell is Special Counsel in Goldberg Segalla’s Philadelphia office. Matthew and the product liability group at his firm serve as national and regional counsel to product manufacturers, suppliers and retailers with respect to product liability claims. Matthew and his team understand that avoiding a lawsuit is more important than winning one. They often help clients with risk avoidance issues including minimizing and managing risks associated with designing, manufacturing and selling products. Matthew is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating they offer. Moreover, he has been selected as a Super Lawyer, Rising Star by his peers. In August of 2012 Matthew completed the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) National Trial College at Harvard Law School. He is a 2001 graduate of Widener University School of Law and a 1998 graduate from the University of Maryland.
