Natalie Pearce
Natalie Pearce, LMSW works for the Starling Center for Organizational Development as the Director of Business Development. She is also a Part-time Lecturer for Eastern Michigan University in their Master of Social Work Program. Prior to her current position, Natalie worked at the Area Agency on Aging 1-B for four years in various roles, including Community and Network Training Manager, Training and LGBT Programs Specialist and Program Manager of Social Services. During this time, she oversaw 21 contracts for aging service providers in the 1-B region, assisted in developing and sustaining seven elder abuse prevention and awareness coalitions, planned and provided community-based, aging-related trainings and began working with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Older Adult Coalition in Michigan. Natalie is a certified National Resource Center on LGBT Aging Trainer and has conducted numerous trainings for aging service providers throughout Michigan and Ohio.
