Pascal Bouvier

Pascal is the Partner at Route 66 Ventures in charge of early and late stage equity investments (VC/PE). He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking in Europe and the U.S., and in operating emerging high-growth technology and consumer-facing companies. His areas of expertise include early stage investing and scaling business operations in high growth environments. Pascal began his career in commercial banking in Europe with Banque Paribas, and moved to investment banking with Dai Ichi Kangyo Bank, where he built a diverse portfolio of $600 million in senior, subordinated loans and equity investments. He then moved to the U.S., where he worked with start-ups and high-growth, post-revenue technology firms. Pascal was the CFO of Dante Group, an enterprise software company, and Vice President of Finance and Business Development for International Language Engineering Inc. (“ILE”), a software services company specializing in internationalization and localization services. At ILE, he helped grow revenue from $3 million to $25 million in less than 3 years. He also co-owned and was the CFO and COO of a chain of gourmet food stores in the Washington, DC area. Most recently, Pascal served as Chief Information Officer of The American Home. Pascal holds a B.B.A. from Institut Superieur du Commerce in Paris and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
