Vladimir Pozner is a legendary Russian journalist, best known in the West for bridging the U.S. and the Soviet Union during the Cold War. In 1994, Pozner founded the School for Television Excellence in Moscow, to educate and promote young journalists. He was president of the Russian Television Academy until 2008.
