Beilah Ross



Beilah Ross, LICSW, has been practicing Clinical Social Worker in the Boston area for the last 18 years. After receiving her Master’s of Social Work in 1997 from Boston University, she went on to earn a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from The Trauma Center in 2001, completed a fellowship in Clinical Pastoral Education at the Schwartz Center/MGH in 2006, earned certification as a Focusing-Oriented Therapist in 2009, and has been actively involved in the Focusing community since 2006. Specializing in treating trauma and anxiety disorders using body-centered modalities such as Focusing and EMDR, she has a private psychotherapy practice in Boston which serves all populations and incomes. Her article, “Keeper of the Flame: Healing Inter-Generational Trauma Using Focusing-Oriented Therapy”, was published in The Folio - A Journal for Focusing and Experiential Therapy, Volume 26, Number 1, 2015, and can be purchased on the Focusing website: www.focusing.org.
