Scott Lundstrom
Scott Lundstrom, IDC Group Vice President and General Manager - Health Insights, Financial Insights, Government Insights, is a long time industry analyst focused on the transformative and disruptive nature of technology, IT driven business innovation and change in a variety of industries and settings. He is an expert on the emerging third platform, and speaks regularly on the future of cloud, analytics, mobility and social media to transform and radically alter the process and services offered in the marketplace. Prior to IDC, Scott was the Senior Vice President of Research and CTO of AMR Research, where he managed the industry research practice and supported specific vertical industries. Prior to AMR, Scott worked in commercial software development roles in the development tools, integration, ERP and analytics markets. He holds an MBA in Information systems from the NYU Stern School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in information technology from Northeastern University.
