Inessa Laukart
Inessa Laukart is studying Business Informatics since 2013 at the SRH University in Heidelberg. During this time she has been a working student at SAP Service Innovation & Design Thinking CoE. The instructive time begun in March 2015 as she chose SAP for an internship. Inessa has gained a lot of experience, worked on many innovation projects, and participated in Design Thinking Workshops. Moreover she has met many interesting people. Now Inessa understands why innovation is so important for the company and people, and why no company will work without innovation.
