Joan Lunden
Joan Lunden is an award-winning journalist, bestselling author, motivational speaker and successful entrepreneur. As host of Good Morning America for nearly two decades, Joan brought insight to millions of Americans each day and kept them up to date on how to care for their homes, their families and themselves. As a working mother of 7 and having been the caregiver of her elderly mother, Joan truly understands the stresses women face today. In 2014, Joan was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer. As part of her treatment, she had 16 rounds of chemotherapy, six weeks of radiation, a lumpectomy and two blood transfusions. I’m happy to add that today Joan is cancer free and as busy as she ever was.
Joan is the author of the recently released memoir entitled Had I known.
