Tim Pawlenty

Tim Pawlenty was the former governor of Minnesota and Republican candidate for the 2012 Presidency. Prior to being elected governor, Pawlenty served as majority leader in the Minnesota House of Representatives. In 2011, Pawlenty served as co-chair for Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign. He left Romney’s campaign in 2012 to become a Washington lobbyist. He is presently the president and CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable, an advocacy group based in Washington, D.C.
