Dr. Colleen Rohowsky
Colleen Rohowsky, CIV, OSD/DoDEA-Europe, is stationed in Germany, where she is an official with the American Office of the Secretary of Defense/Department of Defense Education Activity-Europe.
She wears three hats: ISS; Instructional Systems Specialist for DODEA-Europe - basically the Coordinator for Continuous School Improvement/Accreditation/System Wide Assessments/Program Evaluation.
