Cort Facteau
John is a life-long Rhode Islander, real estate is in his DNA. His father started buying, renovating, and reselling properties in the late 1960's through the 1980's prior to the term "flipping" being coined.
He started renting residential apartments and commercial spaces for his family business in his late teens, and has subsequently sold every type of property in all areas of Rhode Island – residential, waterfront, condo, farm and commercial over his years in real estate.
