James Quilligan
James Quilligan has been a policy advisor, analyst, and writer for many international politicians and leaders, including Pierre Trudeau, François Mitterrand, Edward Heath, Julius Nyerere, Lopez Portillo, Olof Palme, Willy Brandt, Jimmy Carter and HRH Prince El Hassan. He has served as economic consultant for government agencies in 26 countries, including the United States; and as an advisor for several UN programs and international development organizations. Quilligan’s articles, under his own name, or as a ghostwriter for others, have appeared in many international publications including the Economist, International Herald Tribune, Washington Post, and Newsweek. His most recent article, "The Commons and Integral Capital," published in the spring/summer 2009 issue of KOSMOS Journal, offers breakthrough thinking on economic and financial systems transformation.
